Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop best-in-class, shopper centric activation plans grounded in consumer, shopper and retail insights. Create a vision, engage internal/external stakeholders and deliver your plan;
  • Develop category specific 4P strategy, focusing on;
  • Place: relentless omni channel focus, prioritising online but equally adept at offline activation, creating a seamless journey for the shopper
  • Promotion:drive brand preference and awareness for Philips through in-store excellence (offline and online)
  • Product:demonstrate Philips champion innovation through best in class point of sale and digital content
  • Price:ensure Philips promotional plans are in line with shopper and customer requirements
  • Champion Digital Excellence – Managing online merchandising, content and being a consultative partner to the customers digitals teams in order to partner up to win;
  • Translate brand strategy into annual customer marketing plans, ensuring that we execute and communicate our products in the best possible way based on shopper insights;
  • Work with our in-house Studio team to develop engaging in-store activation, providing shoppers with a great experience;
  • Partner with the Sales team to allocate budget and deliver ROI;
  • Measure the effectiveness of shopper activation plans and promotions, monitor actions and propose improvement plans;

Sleep & Respiratory Care Leader, North Europe

Manage the sales function for Sleep & Respiratory Care in the North Europe market in order to maximize sales, volumes and revenues, and ensure the right organization and structure is in place to deliver on the sales objectives

Your role:

  • Develop, update, deploy and drive the winning commercial strategies for S&RC EMEA North region (UKI, DACH, Nordics and BeNeLux).

  • Act as the “voice of the market” towards S&RC upstream team and EMEA MT team by spotting market trends and evolutions and being engaged in the constant process of business development.

  • Become active member of S&RC EMEA MT.

  • Drives the overall organizational performance (Sales, Margin and Operational Excellence) of S&RC EMEA North territory and takes corrective actions where/when needed.

  • Coaches and develops the local (UKI, DACH, Nordics and BeNeLux) teams within his/her scope

  • Brings together local teams as well as central EMEA teams to jointly engage and satisfy Customers

  • Develops and maintains effective networks to leverage Philips' position, especially towards Key Opinion Leaders (e.g. prescribers).

  • Ensures appropriate level of cooperation across all functions, businesses and geographies of the organization in order to maximize customer satisfaction and operational performance.

  • Contributes to restoration of S&RC EMEA position post recall, in the managed territories.

  • Develop and drive a trust-based relationship with C-Suite level customers based on deep understanding of customer’s needs and level of authority.

  • This role offers you chance to work from home in the United Kingdom and travel across Northern Europe.

You’re right for this role if:

  • Previously experiencing work with S&RC portfolio, different go-to-market models across Europe and / or Global.

  • Previously experiencing management of culturally and geographically diversified teams.

  • Experienced in change management / continuous improvement of the managed teams.

  • Self-motivated and delivering combination of can-do attitude and hands-on approach.

Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.

Your role:

  • This role will have full European responsibility of the Service portfolio for all Emergency Care products, being the external point of contact for service partners and end customers and then enabling internal stakeholders to identify a solution.

In addition to this you will:

  • Define, implement, and train Commercial and Service Partners on Service delivery processes and tools

  • Monitor and improve process performance with focus on regulatory and end customer satisfaction

  • Participate in the selection, onboarding and evaluation of Service Partners, create action plan to develop their capabilities

  • Be the voice of Partner with Philips stakeholders, act as SME on projects related to the indirect business & service

  • Support the commercial & marketing teams for the creation of business plan with Partners.

  • Enable commercial success with strong Service delivery performance

  • We believe that we are better together than apart. For this role you will be based from our offices in Farnborough and split your time between collaborating face to face with internal and external stakeholders across UKI, Nordics, BENELUX and Spain, and working from home.

You’re right for this role if:

  • You have a strong technical acumen gained from a background in Biomed, engineering, military equipment services or similar – whilst training will be provided, we will need the successful candidate to be able to easily grasp the technicalities of our medical devices.

  • You a strong communicator with the ability to develop gravitas with a wide variety of stakeholders

  • You understand the healthcare sector – either working within healthcare or providing a service into the sector.

  • You have a career history in service delivery, service management, customer success or role where you have been responsible for Service and outsourcing processes

You are responsible for:

  • Coaching and developing the Consumer Marketing Manager team, which includes supporting to drive the different categories as well as strengthening a consumer mindset in the marketing team
  • Develop and deliver the local zone marketing activation plan based on agreed AOP for the category and localconsumer insightstogether with the Consumer Marketing Leader (CML)
  • Champions the voice of the zone and provides business performance and local insights about consumers, markets, competition and trends to WE regional team
  • Responsible for up to 24months planning performance, in the short and long-term to ensure the delivery of the FY key goals
  • Define local portfolio and channelization based on WE range/Channelization to accommodate local consumer & customer needs.
  • Embrace passion for fundamentals and ensure that every consumer touchpoint and all consumer facing marketing activities (incl. D2C, AMZ and NBD) is perfectly executed(PDP, PoS,…) togetherwith Shopper, Media/PR and professional team in the zone and x-functional region teams.
  • Ownership of the E2E performance for the respective category in the UK and E2E performance squad lead, CMM is integrating and orchestrating all relevant functions (acts asE2E SoB squadlead) including performance management to drive E2E excellence in execution and secure business performance is being delivered according to KPIs
  • Lead the development and execution of the Local Marketing Strategy and Planning, as well as, own the controllable A&P spent responsibility together with CML (e.g. sample budget)
  • Contributes in region strategic plan processes l and is responsible for delivering zone SOB Analysis/Ambitions and go2market enablers together with RBUL and CML
  • Marketing PerformanceOptimization and drives continuous improvements applying LEAN (DMB, Problem Solving)
  • Contributes activelyto the development of new business models together with the regional team


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in digital consumer marketing focusing on building an online brand
  • Experience as an integrator in a dynamic market and /or matrixorganizationwithin FMCG
  • People leader experience and a natural ability to inspire, motivate and develop talent
  • Brand activation experience and analytical skills
  • Experience with P&L management incl. revenue and margin management
  • Marketing channel mix strategies (on-line and offline)
  • Experience with working in a cross functional team
  • Experience with working in a business with complex market/channel structures
  • Applying Lean (Problem –solving skills, daily management)
  • Positive energy and drive to create impact
