

Sleep & Respiratory Care Leader, North Europe
Manage the sales function for Sleep & Respiratory Care in the North Europe market in order to maximize sales, volumes and revenues, and ensure the right organization and structure is in place to deliver on the sales objectives
Your role:
Develop, update, deploy and drive the winning commercial strategies for S&RC EMEA North region (UKI, DACH, Nordics and BeNeLux).
Act as the “voice of the market” towards S&RC upstream team and EMEA MT team by spotting market trends and evolutions and being engaged in the constant process of business development.
Become active member of S&RC EMEA MT.
Drives the overall organizational performance (Sales, Margin and Operational Excellence) of S&RC EMEA North territory and takes corrective actions where/when needed.
Coaches and develops the local (UKI, DACH, Nordics and BeNeLux) teams within his/her scope
Brings together local teams as well as central EMEA teams to jointly engage and satisfy Customers
Develops and maintains effective networks to leverage Philips' position, especially towards Key Opinion Leaders (e.g. prescribers).
Ensures appropriate level of cooperation across all functions, businesses and geographies of the organization in order to maximize customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Contributes to restoration of S&RC EMEA position post recall, in the managed territories.
Develop and drive a trust-based relationship with C-Suite level customers based on deep understanding of customer’s needs and level of authority.

10+ years of industry experience and a university degree;

Advanced experience in developing local UK&I marketing strategies to drive consumer engagement and maximize media presence (i.e., developing marketing plans including demand generation/media / digital / PR, etc.);
Proficient experience in portfolio management (range and portfolio build-up, pricing & channelization);
Advanced experience in dealing with business acumen (e.g. P&L management);
Mastery level of understanding commercial landscape, retail dynamics and strategic account planning;
Advanced leadership with an enterprise mindset to guide others on areas of focus in end-to-end organization;

In this role, you will lead strategy and people to help our UK&I customers seamlessly connect data, technology and, most importantly, people – through a wide range of Hospital Patient Monitoring products, software and services.
Your role:
Execute tactical sales plans, leveraging market insights to drive revenue growth and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Guide a team of five Modality Sales Specialists and enhance their clinical and technical product knowledge to support account managers in closing successful deals.

Your role:

This position is for
Your role:
Demonstration of Cardiac Ultrasound products at customer sites or hospitals and atconferences/exhibits.Assisting Sales Specialists by providing specialist support to ensure that all equipment is demonstrated to best advantage.
