Trade Shopper Marketing Manager
Your role:

As the Trade Marketing Manager, you will be the key link between our marketing and sales teams, translating brand strategies into actionable go-to-market plans. You will be responsible for driving category growth, optimizing, leading commercial planning cycles, and building strong partnerships with key retail and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial planning process for assigned categories, ensuring alignment with business targets and marketing strategies
• Develop and execute integrated 360° go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
• Manage pricing, promotion, placement, and product strategies to maximize category performance
• Drive customer engagement by developing compelling channel activation plans
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across sales, demand planning, and marketing to ensure flawless execution
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing trade marketing team
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to drive business opportunities
• Own the forecast accuracy and support S&OP processes

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or commercial roles, preferably in FMCG or consumer electronics
• Solid experience in working cross-functionally with sales and other teams
• Strong leadership skills with prior team management experience
• Excellent analytical thinking, business acumen, and decision-making capabilities
• Fluent in English
• Agile, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

Your role:

- Use various tools to pull out data and provide the insights from digital marketing campaigns, create reports about the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable suggestions for improvement.

- Manage website requirements, ensuring the timely creation and optimization of new product landing pages and all campaign assets to enhance engagement.

- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, and other partners.

You're the right fit if:

1. You are a student of Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, who is available to work min. 3 days/week (ideally full time).

2. You speak very good English and Turkish and poses great communication and presentation skills.

3. Have knowledge of digital media, data analytics, and content creating as well as Microsoft Excel and Power Point savvy.
