Configuring, maintaining, and testing our products at customer sites and/or Philips Delivery Center in Upplands Väsby.
Responsibility for the whole implementation process, from planning through installation, go-live and handover.
Managing detailed quality documentation in adherence to medical directive standards.

Relevant medical/electrical engineering (or similar) educational background.
A minimum of 2-3 years of related experience working experience with medical devices and understand the special character working in the hospitals is preferable.
Have a strong interest and affinity for IT solutions including knowledge on networking (CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, CWTS or equivalent) and IT infrastructures (VMWare, Hyper V, SQL Server) is preferable
Self-motivated, task-forced team player who is persistent in achieving the goals set.
Highly professional and knowledgeable approach to solving customer problems and ownership of own projects.
Driver's license (Swedish B) and willingness to travel

As ayou will provide hands-on clinical training to radiographers, radiologists, physicians, and technicians to enhance the clinical performance of their systems, ensuring accurate first-time diagnoses for patients throughout the Nordics. In this key role, you will also actively support our customers, as well as our Sales and Service teams, in all matters related to CT & DXR.
Develop and execute training programs for clinical CT & DXR users in Norway, Sweden and Denmark, while customizing systems to meet user needs in collaboration with project and account management.
Deliver demonstrations, presentations, courses, workshops to encourage sales and enhance customer knowledge.
Enhance image quality and optimize scan protocols by guiding customers in the effective use of their Philips products.
Drive sales of our educational services, participate in developing new solutions, and maintain expertise in product and clinical knowledge by staying updated on the latest innovations.
Hold a degree in radiography or a similar clinical field and speak Swedish fluently for effective communication in Norwegian, Swedish and Danish.
Possess at least 5 years of clinical CT experience with proficiency in CT scanning procedures using advanced tools and software.
Demonstrate excellent communication, training, pedagogical, and presentation abilities, alongside a personable demeanor.

Clinical Informatics Sales Specialist
As a, you will have the opportunity to drive the digitization of healthcare together with a dedicated team by marketing and selling our innovative Clinical Informatics product portfolio in Urology, Radiology and Pathology. The goal is to support hospitals in improving workflows and ensuring high-quality care. This role has a special strategic focus on growing the Sales of our Urology solutions – prostate cancer diagnostic software and image fusion guided biopsy hardware - as well as growing the Sales of our large set of AI-powered software applications for post-processing in Radiology, in the Nordic region.
Your role:
Sells assigned portfolio of products within an assigned geographic territory of Nordic, negotiating with clients, generating leads, giving clinical product presentations and demonstrations, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services
Modality Sales Specialist is the knowledge expert on product, who supports driving overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise on the product / modality across the accounts.
Delivers customer presentations specifically focused on the clinical and technical components of the value proposition. Understand and address competitive positioning and marketing strategy of respective product / modality, and supports where needed in identification of the tender strategy and quotation
Monitor competition and changes in the industry and provides effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product offerings.
