Sales Manager, Enterprise Informatics Singapore & Malaysia

You will be responsible for driving sales growth in the zone by identifying and securing new business opportunities and optimizing customer value within your territory. You will build strong customer relationships by seeking a deep understanding of their needs and effectively demonstrating the value proposition of the Enterprise Informatics (EI) portfolio to address those needs.

Your Role

  • Identify / prospect opportunities for new customer acquisition
    • Define and execute account strategy across a range of customer accounts (e.g., conduct market and competitor research)
    • Drive effective funnel management to build towards sales targets and Philips business objectives
    • Collaborate with and engage Specialists and Business unit leaders during key portions of the sales process
  • Establish meaningful customer partnerships
    • Engage with a range of customer partners to identify new business opportunities (from clinical stakeholders to C-suite)
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of a customer’s current and future needs, and identify how opportunities for the EI portfolio to meet their needs
    • Tailor talk tracks to demonstrate the value of the EI portfolio with high potential new accounts
    • Partner with Sales Specialists to provide customers with deep product expertise during the sales cycle
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial terms
  • Collaborate with Philips sales leaders to deliver on shared EI business objectives
  • Maintain Salesforce.com hygiene to enable effective reporting and forecasting

You're likely the right fit if you possess

  • Preferred bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing account plans towards sales objectives and delivering commercial targets
  • Preferred in-depth experience of selling Healthcare IT products in a clinical environment, and/or great knowledge of hospital ecosystem.
  • Experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration to ultimately deliver on results
  • Deep customer-orientation, track record of ability to cultivate strong customer relationships with key decision makers (incl. C-suite)
  • Understand how to efficiently leverage specialist knowledge / product resources to develop tailored customer offerings
  • Able to clearly articulate the value of technical software and/or medical products to a range of customer profiles
  • Resilient sales mindset able to adapt in a dynamic customer environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Quality first and Patient Safety mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

As a Procurement Specialist, you will contribute to Philips' offering of medical equipment, services, and software to customers across ASEAN PAC Zone. Supporting the sales and services organization while bridging connections with Business Units and Global Category Procurement, you will ensure compliance, quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery for all third-party products and services (e.g., medical devices, building works, installation services).
Your role:

  • Procurement Management: Oversee €20M in spend across 80 suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness, compliance, and supply reliability.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent Procurement and collaborate with Business Marketing Leaders, Service Leaders, Supplier Quality, Supply Chain, and Legal teams.

  • Supplier & Project Oversight: Balance a project-based approach with category management, promoting standardized catalog items for efficiency.

  • Regulatory & Compliance Assurance: Ensure 100% compliance with local regulations, Quality Management Systems (QMS), master agreements, cybersecurity directives, and internal policies.

  • Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, proposing and implementing key process changes with stakeholders.

  • Strategic Procurement Implementation: Support the Market Procurement Leader in executing country-specific procurement strategies.

  • Cost Reduction & Productivity: Develop and maintain a short- and mid-term productivity pipeline, optimizing profit & loss (P&L) impact through supplier consolidation, cost redesign, and negotiation strategies.

  • Risk & Performance Management: Maximize supply assurance to safeguard revenue and customer satisfaction while managing supplier segmentation, consolidation, risk assessment, and performance tracking.

  • Integrated Supply Chain Role: Report to the Market Procurement Leader – International Markets, aligning procurement strategies with the broader Integrated Supply Chain & Procurement organization.


You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Procurement (preferred).

  • 7-10 years of experience in Direct Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Management within a global MedTech matrix environment.

  • Knowledge of medical devices, third-party branded equipment, installation, repair services, and regulatory compliance is a plus.

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or project management is an advantage.

  • Lean certification or experience with process improvement methodologies is beneficial.

  • Strong business acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Clinical Marketing Manager, IGT-S APAC

As a Clinical marketing manager, you will work on the implementation and execution of a strong market readiness, be involved with downstream marketing activities and content development, provide inputs into product development, and partner with key internal stakeholders to support their go to market initiatives. In addition, involvement in clinical validation activities, claims generation and the regulatory submission process for new product introduction. Accountable for IGT-S customer visits, KOL and reference site management, participate in international tradeshows, and proof point collection with your strong clinical knowledge, hands-on expertise in IGT-S.

1. Your role:

  • Drives clinical programs to support market readiness and post-market growth initiatives.
  • Support downstream marketing functions with image collection, that highlights our IGT-S solution proof points, whilst ensuring patient and data privacy (this is in coordination with IGT-S clinical application specialists)
  • Support marketing strategy, roadmap implementation, providing inputs relating to workflow, quantification and imaging performance.
  • Contributes to the global and regional KOL/reference site management, speaker pool, and peer-to-peer market activities (in collaborate with clinical scientist).
  • In coordination with IGT-S application specialist, builds and maintains a competitive clinical content database (e.g., clinical images and case) aligned with product value propositions.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally across internal teams and global markets to drive clinical adoption and knowledge sharing.
  • Provides training to empower clinical experts and enhance customer engagement.
  • Deliver customer product demonstrations during congress/tradeshow

2. You're the right fit if:

Education

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in medical related field, Healthcare Administration and/or equivalent.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Masters/Bachelor's in areas in Medicine, Healthcare Technology, Product Management, Medical Technology, Medical Sales, Clinical Marketing or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in a medical field, experience in Interventional procedures is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of the cathlab technology and familiarities with other imaging modalities (CT, MR, US)
  • Good clinical knowledge allowing to understand customer needs and value drivers in the healthcare imaging domain and more specifically minimally invasive interventional procedures
  • Boldness to support market readiness and expansion whenever possible, exploiting Philips technologies, market positions and brand
  • Ability to synthesize market and customer feedback into insights helping clinical adoption
  • Good organization skills especially in supporting marketing events.
  • Ability to deliver in a complex environment (high-end technology, highly professional customers, and global scope) to meet demanding business targets
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead a multi-functional and global team to contribute to market readiness and market expansion. Ability to relate and communicate with different levels and functions in the organization
