Marketing Operations Specialist MY

You will be reporting to the Marketing Operations and Planning Leader for APAC based in Australia.

Key duties include:

  • Ensuring the brand communication through enforcing brand guidelines and policy in conference, partnerships, promotions and creative collateral.
  • Managing conferences, sponsorships, all educational courses ensuring business objectives are met and delivered on time.
  • Coordinating marketing budgets, process payments, reconcile budgets, tracking yearly expenditure vs. budgets.
  • Taking ownership of digital marketing components for the team- creating landing pages for events and product launches and other campaigns, constructing digital newsletters, monitoring and amendment of Philips websites and ensuring all content is relevant and up to date.
  • Supporting the commercial team with ad-hoc marketing related projects, and all associated operational duties.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent
  • 5-up years’ experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, and/or events management role, working within a B2B environment
  • Healthcare background is preferred (Pharmaceutical or Medical devices) is highly required
  • Knowledge of Malaysian regulatory process is highly preferred
  • Channel partner management experience/exposure
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • A proactive and action orientated approach with the ability to roll out pre-developed strategies in a timely manner
  • A creative mindset with the ability to deliver high quality marketing collateral
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrable organization skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder projects and operational activities

E-Trade Marketing Manager, Personal Health Singapore & Malaysia

Your Role:

  • Acts as single point of contact of campaign performance manager for the e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Responsible for the collectively set of sell out targets on e-commerce marketplaces in coordination with EKAM & track continuously to achieve the same.
  • Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to align the on-platform media ecosystem and ensure target are defined, appropriate, and in line with overall KPI’s.
  • Find new opportunities to grow revenue and sales – Hands-on experience in marketplace portal management (If Amazon then for Amazon In, Vendor Central, Amazon Pi, AMS).
  • Analyze data, trends, performance and leverage your understanding of marketing and the platform’s ad solutions (e.g. If Amazon then -Amazon Search, Amazon Display, Amazon DSP & remarketing) to create holistic marketing strategies for Philips by working with senior decision-makers - Internal Stakeholders & External Stake holders - Business, Marketing & Insights and drive return on ad spends for all campaigns executed.
  • Monitor Online Excellence (OLE) on creatives and shopper CDJ optimization across key eCommerce retailer / marketplaces / D2C and initiate product content adaptions & optimizations in close collaboration with relevant marketing, Q&R and digital teams (including Product detail pages and Brand Stores).
  • Support local initiated campaigns with deployment, landing page(s) and retailer (EComm Marketplace) channel specific activation.
  • Drive analytics to support fact-based decision marketing processes, ongoing optimization, and ROI modeling.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams
    • Digital & Media team to ensure full ecosystem synergies.
    • EKAM to ensure availability and customer matrix optimization.
    • Content lead to ensure assets consistency in presenting our brand.

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Social Commerce and Content to lead our efforts in driving consumer engagement, brand loyalty, and revenue growth through social media platforms and content strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of the intersection between social commerce, content creation, and the personal care market. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that leverage social media, influencer partnerships, and compelling content to convert followers into consumers while strengthening the brand’s social commerce presence.

Your Role:

Social Commerce Strategy:

  • Working with local district and country teams develop and execute a comprehensive social commerce strategy to drive direct sales through social media platforms.
  • Identify and leverage new tools, platforms, and trends in social shopping (e.g. Instagram Shopping, TikTok Shop, live shopping).
  • Collaborate with e-commerce and marketing teams to create seamless shopping experiences from social media to checkout.
  • Identifying new opportunities to drive commerce and brand engagement, based on evolving customer and cultural trends, including a focus on reaching younger and more diverse audiences.
  • Partnering across functional teams (including Media, Insights, Content, Finance) to drive process improvement and efficiency.

Content Strategy and Creation:

  • Lead the development of engaging, high-quality content tailored for diverse social media platforms.
  • Oversee the production of videos, graphics, live streams, and written content to showcase products and brand identity.
  • Create a cohesive content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and key marketing moments.

Influencer and Community Engagement:

  • Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors to amplify social commerce efforts in the strategic countries of JAPAC zone.
  • Oversee user-generated content (UGC) initiatives and foster an engaged online community.
  • Track and analyze the impact of influencer campaigns on brand visibility and sales.

Revenue and Performance Management:

  • Drive measurable revenue growth through social commerce initiatives.
  • Set, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and sales.
  • Use data analytics to optimize campaigns and content strategies for maximum ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with regional commercial, product, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align social commerce efforts with broader business objectives.

  • Work with IT and platform teams to integrate social commerce tools and features.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Communications/ Business or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in consumer electronics or a similar fast-paced, innovation-driven industry is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube, META, etc.) and their commerce capabilities.
