Your role:
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance Philips people's experience and streamline PPS processes.
Gain hands-on experience with Payroll cycle and Time and Attendance topics.
Work closely with HR and Reward teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Support the local team with payroll and administration tasks, including familiarization with tools like SAP, Workday, and Philips HR Portal.
Participate in projects such as reviewing and improving HR portal content and validating employee data inputs.
Actively contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
