Your Role:

• Executes the sales efforts for assigned product modalities, delivers accurate business forecasting, developing and executing comprehensive strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve sales targets and market share objectives, working under limited supervision.

The Application Specialist is responsible for the post sales application training at new and existing IGT sites. He is responsible for pre sales demos of IGT products and support for clinical activity in his region. Develops and Maintains relationship with all the key IGT users .

Remote Service Engineer - IGT/DXR

Your role:

• The RSE will be the Engineering specialist for his respective modality, such as IGT/DXR.

• Must demonstrate technical competency for remote support.

• They will remain updated and abreast of the latest technological developments in the modality's market and appraise the organization based on such developments and related competitive information.

• They will be the nodal point for the technical issues faced in the zone for their respective modality

• Receive, analyse, and handle complex customer technical requests and involve BU Product Support Specialists as needed. Also need to take care of customer reported problems within systems.

• Call Screening and remote support, identifying a technical problem via phone.

• RSN or other available remote tools & suggestions to field team.

  Alert handling, proactive monitoring, Tier 3 consultation

  Ensuring the Call dispatch to FSE in 30 Mins or less

  Adhering to RD update using RSW (100%)

  Ensuring the availability for T2 support during roaster.

• View customer’s entitlements, contracts, expiry dates, etc.

• Spotting opportunities for commercialization of security features and enhancements
• Initiating, leading, and overseeing the realization of the security architecture through platform and product development across IGT products
• Facilitating a monthly security assessment by Philips’ Products Security Office for all IGT products

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• An MSc/PhD in computer science or another relevant area, and 15+ year experience in security design for embedded and cloud hosted software
• Deep understanding of Ethernet networks and how these can be optimally applied inside and across IGT products
• Experience with healthcare products and services, relevant standards such as DiCOM, HL7 and FHIR and understanding of security and privacy aspects for healthcare products.
• Demonstrated experience working in a global team on medical systems
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment, negotiate challenges, explain technical considerations and recommend solutions;
