Your role:

• Develop software tools to improve process efficiency, such as the MR Bay reservation management tool, material management systems etc.
• Complete project development using agile methodology through iterative processes.
• Participate in software development using React and Python.
• Interest or experience in AI tools (such as cline) is a plus and can accelerate code development.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in React and Python programming.
• Interest or experience in AI tools is preferred.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with the team.
• Available to intern 3-5 days per week forat least 6 months.

Project Description

IGTS is ramping up due to China content requirements. The new team members need to be onboarded and need to find their way in the organization. At the same time the team is starting up innovation projects and support the initial local manufacturing of IGTS products in Suzhou.

Meanwhile, due to the localization, CMT resource is limited, this intern will support CMT.

Key Deliverables and SMART Objectives)

1. facilitate onboarding of IGTS staff (badges, working places, Philips Suzhou NEO requirements)

2.Support on administrative tasks like travel arrangements, team building activity

3.Department sample order via Ariba system

4.Support CMT (Change management) for access application

Manages sales and fostering commercial partnerships with customers within the country or key market, drives business growth and assists in executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Implements sales strategy and sales plan, including the development of sales forecasts and analyzing market trends to inform projections to drive revenue growth and achieve strategic objectives.
• Leads a small sales team and collaborates closely with other departments to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies, streamline operations, and drive overall performance and growth.
• Builds credibility and long-term relationships with customers in the country or key area to achieve sustained sales objectives and ensure ongoing business success by fostering trust, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional value.
• Establishes order intake, sales, margin and prescribed financial targets, including direct cost management, within the country or key market by strategically driving performance, optimizing resources, and ensuring effective budget control.
• Oversees the adherence of sales tools and technologies to enhance team performance, streamline operations, and drive productivity to support effective sales strategies and achieve country-level targets.
• Manages country-wide sales promotions and incentive programs, monitors effectiveness and makes data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes and achieve targeted revenue growth and market expansion.
• Establishes and ensures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness for a function/district/business.
• Manages talent across the team, while driving employee selection, performance management, compensation management, career development, and ensuring effective operational management.
