

Regional Service Parts Leader - Americas
As theRegional Service Parts Leaderyour role is responsible for customer success by providing high-performance parts-delivery performance.The key purpose is to provide them with the right part when and where they need it – every time. In this role you will be part of the regional SPS team, a newly formed team responsible for customer success in the region by providing high-performance parts-delivery performance and introducing new capabilities supporting regional Service offerings.

The pay range for this position in Nashville, Tennessee is $144,750 to $231,600.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. • Ensures the development and execution of product modality sales plans, and implements strategic changes to unit policies to optimize operational effectiveness and sales performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and market demands.

• Works with Marketing to provide input on sales tools, pricing strategies, and competitive threats, enabling Marketing to effectively support specialists and contribute valuable insights to business unit strategies.
• Prepares and delivers precise monthly business forecasts through meticulous lead and opportunity management, facilitating informed decision-making and resource allocation across the sales team.
• Tracks competition and industry changes, providing actionable feedback to sales and marketing organizations to enhance product offerings and maintain competitive advantage.
• Guides continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean methodologies to streamline sales processes, improve operational efficiency, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the commercial unit.
• Executes detailed market analyses and customer segmentation strategies to identify new opportunities and expand market share, contributing to sustained business growth and market leadership in modality sales.

No prior experience required with Bachelor's OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment or equivalent.

Your role:
Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked
Handling quotation process (preparing offers details, verifying price data, preparing documents for customers)
Pro-active collaboration with the Account Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chain team
Ensure that all parts of a customer orders (from factories and 3rd party suppliers) are correctly listed on the order
Collect missing information from the specialists in the sales organization
Ensure timely hand-over of the cases to order management according to the agreed policy
Provide support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team
You're the right fit if:
You have2 years of experience in matrix organization, within Supply Chain, Order management or Customer Service,
You are proficient in German and English languages (C1),
You have good communication skills and ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results,
You have the ability to prioritize your work and attention to detail,
You have knowledge of SAP or ther ERP and Salesforce (would be an advantage)
