Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or related field; MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
4–6 years of experience in product analytics, strategy, business intelligence, or growth rolespreferably in fintech, payments, or remittances.
Comfortable analyzing large data sets to uncover insights and recommend actions.
Understanding of digital payments and cross-border remittances, particularly in Latin America.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Results-oriented with a growth mindset and attention to detail

Your way to impact:
Expected to work with LD&G leadership, LD&G Program Managers, and STEPS SMEs to ensure high quality execution of learning interventions.
Responsible for smooth onboarding of GFC&CP team members, reporting and communications.
Your day-to-day:
Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordination, setting schedules, aligning speakers/SMEs, requesting permissions for new hires, facilitation, inputting LMS Records, loading into WorkRamp, drafting communications, process flows and procedural guidance documents, reporting, preparing artifacts for audit responses (i.e. reports, documents, etc.).
What do you need to bring:
Proven track record with developing and facilitating training
Proficient in creation of technical guidance documents and curriculum development
Experience in analyzing business and employee needs, recommending, and designing end-to-end solutions
