Product Expertise:
Provide advanced product-level technical expertise, leading account setup, complex deployments and resolving intricate technical challenges.
Serve as the go-to expert for SASE products, guiding customers through sophisticated integrations and customizations.
Proactively communicate new features and best practices, ensuring customers are leveraging the full capabilities of Palo Alto Networks solutions.
Product Adoption:
Lead efforts to drive product adoption, conducting in-depth training sessions, and workshops tailored to customer needs.

Your Experience
8+ years of industry experience with deep expertise in network security, cloud infrastructure, and related technologies.
Strong understanding of Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies and their implementation best practices.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing the leading CASB/DLP solutions (Microsoft, Symantec/Broadcom, Netskope, Skyhigh, etc.)
Experience in administration/design/architecture of major SaaS applications in the market and their security and data protection features (O365, Google Workplace, SFDC, ServiceNow, Atlassian, Slack, etc.)
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE), and Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) are a plus.
Experience in managing customer relationships and addressing technical issues.
Expert consultative skills, with the ability to support enterprise and smaller accounts.
Proven track record in driving product adoption, leading complex feature implementations, and delivering advanced training programs.
Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans, guiding customers through advanced use cases.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level contacts.
High-level consultative skills, capable of influencing decisions and driving customer success

As the Principal, NetSec Strategy you will be shaping the future of our Network security business.
You are a seasoned strategist (associate Partner level in Consulting or equivalent) with operational experience and depth in Enterprise Tech (cybersecurity preferred). The scope of this role spans conception of strategy all the way through execution. You will be accountable for shaping the strategy and delivering operational & GTM outcomes for the business. Your Impact
Establish yourself as a trusted advisor on Palo Alto Networks' SD-WAN products and capabilities, to prospects and customers, working with your Account Managers and the local partners within your territory
Architect and propose validated solutions which address the identified SD-WAN and security problems in each individual environment
Identify and document specific problems with prospective and current customers which can be solved through the deployment of integrated solutions
Ensure ongoing customer happiness, support and adoption
Pursue continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain technical leadership of applicable technologies (data center, SDN, public cloud, security, networking, etc.)
Understand and effectively differentiate against our top competitors
Act as the customer advocate for any issues that require technical assistance and follow-up with the customer through resolution
Your Experience
5+ years of relevant technical pre-sales experience (systems engineering, technical marketing engineering) within the networking field preferred
Demonstrated technical capabilities in a combination of the following:
SD-WAN architectures/providers, LTE/5G
WAN technologies - MPLS, MetroE, Leased Lines, Broadband
Tunneling protocols - SSL/TLS, IPSec, GRE, DMVPN
IP Routing - BGP, OSPF, Static, Network Address Translation
Virtualization technologies - ESX, KVM, Xen, Microsoft preferred
Network security capabilities - IPS/IDS, Zone-Based Firewalls
Ability to travel up to 50% as needed
