Your Career

This role will be pivotal in accelerating our market leadership and revenue growth by transforming our JAPAC partner and ecosystem landscape into a powerhouse for demand generation and customer acquisition. You will achieve this by:

Your Experience

  • 12+ years of demonstrated success leading marketing organizations within the technology sector — managing direct teams, key stakeholders, senior leaders, event marketing, partners/vendors, and cross-functional functions.

  • Proven ability to generate new and innovative approaches, challenge the status quo, and continuously look for ways to elevate performance and impact.

  • Demonstrated success in acting as a business partner to partner sales executives and leading change in times of ambiguity.

  • Experience with generative AI tools is highly desirable — leveraging AI to create, iterate, and optimize marketing content; enable hyper-personalization at scale through customer data insights; and automate workflows by integrating generative AI into existing marketing processes.

  • Proven track record of recognizing and rewarding excellence through meaningful KPIs.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology preferred.
    Experience in sales or partner sales is a plus.
