Responsibilities

• From discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration.
• Conduct explorations, including interviews, usability tests, and data analysis, to uncover customers’ pain points and validate design solutions.
• Map and refine user journeys.
• Work closely with fellow designers as well as Product, R&D, and Data teams to define requirements and deliver high-impact features that balance user needs with business goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts, validate ideas, and gather user feedback.
• Leverage tools like Mixpanel and Fullstory to analyze user behavior, identify friction points, and iteratively improve designs.
• Clearly communicate design concepts and progress to stakeholders, including executives, using storytelling and data to support your decisions.
• Work within an agile framework, iterating on designs based on feedback and evolving requirements.
• Creating and maintaining a scalable design system.

Working closely with software and product teams, you will take ownership of the testing lifecycle, drive quality initiatives, and ensure seamless delivery in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead QA Strategy & Execution: Design and implement comprehensive testing procedures, quality metrics, and test strategies to maintain product excellence.
• Automation Leadership: Architect and lead the development of test automation frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes.
• Team Management: Mentor and manage a skilled QA team, fostering collaboration with software and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Quality Ownership: Take full ownership of product quality, proactively identifying, tracking, and resolving quality issues and escalations.
• Process Optimization: Establish and enforce QA standards and best practices, ensuring thorough coverage of front-end, back-end, and integrated system testing.

Monitor and report on quality metrics, ensuring clear communication of testing progress, risks, and outcomes.
