

What you'll be doing:
Process Engineer for new technologies development. In this role you will be developing in the field of micro-electro-optics an advanced assembly process, and carry out processing, align, and assembly of optical devices and that are revolutionizing in the field of optical fiber communication.
Your work includes micro-assembly processes and equipment development as well as transfer to high volume manufacturing lines. You will be involved also in the development of the electro- optical devices. This includes:
Operating the assembly work environment and equipment for accurate alignment and integration.
Learning the programming environment of the alignment cluster, to make new process sequences within this environment.
Participate in the process of bringing up a new technology from the R&D stage, to the Engineering and bring-up then to the high volume manufacturing lines.
What we need to see:
Minimum 5 years experienced Process Engineer in semiconductor, optics, or PCB industry.
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Materials Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Physics or equivalent experience (M.Sc. is an advantage)
Good capability and understanding of machines and processes as well as the interface between the two.
Capability of working with machines recipes and software.
Self-management, innovative and initiator.
Superior problem-solving and presentation skills.
Teamwork player as well as sole worker.
High level of English & Thai (Speak, read and write).

What you'll be doing:
Act as the on-site quality representative at the contract manufacturer (CM), overseeing end-to-end quality processes for interconnect optical transceivers and CPO (Co Packaged Optics) sub assemblies – from incoming inspection to line process control and final assembly
Monitor and enforce manufacturing quality standards, including ESD controls, line setup, line audits and process adherence; identify and escalate quality risks proactively
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by assisting in product bring-up, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with cross-functional engineering teams across global locations
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions (5D/8D reports) for quality incidents and support continuous improvement efforts at the CM site
Collaborate closely with NVIDIA engineering, NPI, supplier quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure product reliability and successful ramp to production
What we need to see:
5–7 years of hands-on experience in quality, process, or NPI engineering roles, preferably in high-tech manufacturing or optoelectronic components
Bachelor’s degree (and above) in Mechanical, Materials, Process, or Quality Engineering (or related technical field)
Strong knowledge of quality control tools and methodologies (SPC, 5D/8D, FMEA, root cause analysis)
Experience working closely with contract manufacturers (CMs), including on-site support and line audits
Solid understanding of manufacturing process controls, material handling, ESD standards, and product assembly flows
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, communicate effectively with remote engineering teams – excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable working in an intense, fast-paced environment with multiple projects and shifting priorities

What we need to see:
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years’ experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment in the Chip industry
Seasoned manufacturing engineer.
Knowledge and experience in the Semiconductor industry (Fabless company – benefit)
Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Performs well in an intensive and dynamic environment.
Fluent English.
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to physically attend the Chonburi site on a daily basis.

What you’ll be doing:
Managing and monitoring Contract Manufacturer (CM) and sub- supplier Quality performance in accordance with NVIDIA quality requirements.
Tracks, analyzes and leads initiatives for end-to-end quality aspects: supplier quality, contract manufacturer quality and customer compliant issues.
Actively represent NVIDIA Quality function in customer and supplier management reviews/ audits and follow up on audit finding items till closure.
Manage non-conformance of incoming material/ product quality issues thru NVIDIA Material Review Board (MRB) system.
Provides risk assessment and mitigations for NPI for products/ manufacturing processes with quality mindset “Do it right at the first time and every time”.
Continually work with suppliers to improve quality, implement process control and quality plans
Analyze supplier capabilities. Develop and maintain supplier quality metrics.
Perform Contract Manufacturer (CM) and Supplier Quality Process/ System Audits to maintain and improve existing quality systems and processes.
Lead problem solving activities for ongoing quality improvement.
What we need to see:
3+ years’ experience as SQE or similar quality related or technological position
Engineering degree in Mechanical / Materials / Electrical / electro-optics Engineering or a related field.
Experience as QC or QA in interconnect/cable products, cable and mechanical production processes, and optical integration production lines (PCB, PCBA – advantage).
Familiar with industry standard specifications, IPC, JEDEC, MIL Std, etc.
Ability to read electronics / mechanical drawings.
Clear communication, Good English skills (Writing, Reading, Listening and Speaking)

What you'll be doing:
Working as onsite Eng. at our CM production site (Chonburi area main site) as Tier 2, Traveling to Pinehurst Site from time to time is required.
You will be handling production infrastructure & jigs, support stability and quality with no production holds
Working on production issues and solving problem in our production in a short manner
Characterize and implementing systems and procedures in the production line
Drive the CM to full independency and responsibility.
Dynamically support line extension to increase test capacity
Analysis production test performance to generate plans for cost saving.
Improve Tier 1 training and tools.
What we need to see:
BSc (MS pref.) in EE/Software or equivalent experience.
4+ years of relevant working experience in production lines
