WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
• Proven Experience in data analytics, as well as task management.
• Effective communication and presentation skills both in Japanese and English.
• Strong interest in sports, youth culture, and street fashion.
• Domestic travel is required to visit retail marketplace once per season.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a vital member of the Authenticator Sales team (Nike Sportswear, Running and Football), you will work on data and insight analysis as well as daily sales operation for our quality growth in the marketplace. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze weekly sales data, gather marketplace trends and consumer insights, and create weekly reports as well as seasonal business recap for Energy and Performance Authenticators.
• Develop seasonal allocation plan of Nike’s Quick Strike products for Energy and Performance Authenticators based on frameworks delivered by account executives.
• Lead seasonal product launch date management.
• Support account executives with daily sales operation.
