How will you make an impact?

  • Lead, manage, and coach international team of pre-sales experts across APAC, ensure alignment with company strategy and regional GTM activities.
  • Work closely with specialist pre-sales, sales, marketing, product house, partners, and regional leadership.
  • Engage, collaborate, and influence cross functional stakeholders in various roles and locations including services, supports, biz-ops and R&D to deliver business outcomes.
  • Lead and manage a team of portfolio solution engineers and help drive sales of the complete NiCE CX software portfolio.
  • Assist our Sales team through preparation and delivery of business discussions, technical presentations, and product demonstrations, by carefully mapping customer business requirements to effective value driven technical solutions leveraging the NiCE CX software portfolio.
  • Assist in the preparation and response to customer RFP requests, carefully qualifying the prospective deal for technical feasibility.
  • Continuously build and maintain relationships with key and executive stakeholders in major sales cycle, including executive, financial, technical decision makers, and influencers within our prospects.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Proven record of managing global pre-sales team in a challenging and global environment while maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Broad knowledge of call center technologies, automatic call distributors (ACD) and interactive voice response (IVR) systems.
  • Broad knowledge of digital self-service, messaging, and social media platforms.
  • Broad knowledge of workforce optimization and analytics practices and technologies.
  • Broad and up-to-date knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies, particularly in the Customer Experience domain.
  • Basic knowledge of IP telephony, SIP trunk, WebRTC.
  • Experience in SaaS or CCaaS is preferable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen to quickly assess the situation and then convey thoughts and ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong presentation skills – must possess the ability to sell and effectively build credibility in front of all levels of management, including an executive audience.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • 10+ years of managing large global pre-sales team in a software company.

Job Overview:

As an invaluable member of the sales team, our Pre-Sales Engineers are active participants at every stage of a new business opportunity. The Actimize Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for upkeeping of the latest innovative product demos and presenting Actimize technology infrastructure to prospects and customers. To accomplish this, the Pre-Sales Engineer must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and/or sales skills, including the ability to configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value. You will partner with our sales team to lead technical aspect of Pre-Sales activities including configuring customized demo setup, preparing workshop materials and performing solution Proof of Concept to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Engage with NICE Actimize’s prospects and clients to uncover technical and functional requirements needed to deliver business benefit of Financial Crime solutions .
  • Actimize Solution Demo Support: Develop and deliver engaging and compelling product demo contents of Actimize solutions, particularly for AML, Fraud, and Case Management .
  • Customer Needs Assessment and Solution Design: Collaborate with the Product Portfolio Pre-Sales team to identify client needs and strategically position and build tailored demo to illustrate the value of value of our financial crime offerings and technology.
  • POC / Workshop Proposal and Development: Work closely with the Product Portfolio Pre-Sales team to define and execute the goals and success criteria for the PoC / workshop, ensuring alignment with customer objectives.
  • Technical Support: Act as the technical point of contact during the sales cycle, providing support on RFPs/RFIs, solution architecture discussions, and integration feasibility.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product management teams.
  • Training and Support: Assist in training Product Portfolio Pre-Sales, Sales and Sales Overlay teams on analytics concepts, tools, and best practices to enhance their understanding and usage of our solutions.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather and communicate client feedback to product teams for continuous improvement of our analytics solutions.
  • Effectively communicate and present Actimize Technology Stack including industry leading cloud infrastructure
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to technical and business personnel
  • Partner with Pre-Sales consultant to gather and configure demo contents related to customer needs
  • Support Workshop and Proof of Concept engagements with existing clients and prospects
  • Maintain Pre-Sales on-premise and cloud environments with the latest solution releases

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or similar customer-facing or engineering experience
  • Experience with infrastructure architecture including storage, compute, database, and cloud networking
  • Ability to work independently and confidently with web-based application using HTML, XML, XSL, JavaScript
  • Understand and analyze large sets of data using Excel and SQL
  • Experience with cloud computing, ideally with AWS
  • Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to quickly resolve technical challenges
  • Experience in managing Proof of Concepts and creating solution demonstrations
  • Prior Actimize solution experience is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
