

Key Responsibilities
Audience Analysis & Presentation:Utilize proprietary and syndicated tools to analyze and present Netflix's audience data, effectively communicating insights to the marketplace and advertiser clients.
Support for Advertising Sales:Assist the Advertising Sales team with research and analytics, including audience data, cultural insights, campaign metrics, and campaign measurement solutions.
Industry & Trend Analysis:Conduct research and analysis on industries, companies, business models, and marketing strategies across key advertiser verticals such as CPG, Retail, Tech, and Telecom to generate market-facing insights on current and emerging trends.
Stakeholder Communication:Maintain effective communication with stakeholders by setting clear timelines and next steps, ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.
Campaign Insights & Optimization:Integrate campaign measurement results to develop compelling narratives, present insights to clients and agencies, and provide guidance on how to shift their investments to Netflix.
Causal Testing & Research Design:Design and execute advanced causal tests for Brand Effectiveness and Incremental Lift, along with quantitative and qualitative research on audiences, industries, and content.
In-Depth Analysis & Insight Generation:Conduct thorough analyses of measurement outputs to deliver comprehensive and actionable insights.
Learning Agendas & Playbooks Development:Contribute to the creation of advertiser and category-specific learning agendas and playbooks, incorporating innovative approaches.
Case Study Development:Develop case studies based on ongoing and completed analyses to highlight successful strategies and outcomes.
Experience & Skills
4-6 years at a Streaming, TV, digital media company, or media / digital agency.
Understanding of quantitative and qualitative methodologies within the advertising landscape.
Experience in research methods and data analysis - 1st party data, customer research, qualitative and quantitative studies.
Strong understanding of methodology, data, and systems from syndicated research providers (e.g. Nielsen Ibope, HR Media, GWI, TGI, comScore).
Understanding of local video audience measurement systems.
Understanding of the competitive streaming and TV marketplace.
Intermediate understanding of digital media ad sales and marketplaces including Direct IO & Programmatic advertising.
Self-starter and self-motivated with strong communication skills and expertise in managing larger-scale, complex projects.
Expertise in advanced measurement methodologies is desirable (Reach & Frequency, Incremental lift, Brand lift, Matched-Market testing, Multi-Cell testing, A/B testing, Marketing Mix Models and bespoke campaign effectiveness studies).
Comfort in analyzing large and disparate data sets to generate strategic and actionable insights.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint & Data visualization tools (Tableau is desirable).
Familiarity with Google Docs is desirable.
Familiarity with concepts of database design and SQL is desirable.
Able to communicate effectively in English

What You’ll Do:
Deliver a five-star service experience: Act as the first point of contact for employees, guests, vendors, and interview candidates, ensuring all interactions reflect Netflix’s high standards for service, professionalism, and hospitality.
Support workplace operations: Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure top-tier service, handle purchase orders, and oversee inventory of office supplies, swag, and front-of-house materials, ensuring nothing essential is ever out of stock.
Be a part of EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety) and ERT (Emergency Response Team) and act as Fire Warden/Emergency POC.Some on call availability, flexible schedule for off hours/emergency support
Keep communication flowing: Monitor and respond to inquiries on employee-facing platforms such as Slack, addressing questions and concerns efficiently while maintaining a helpful, approachable tone.
Maintain high workplace standards: Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure the workplace is clean, safe, and aesthetically aligned with Netflix’s culture. Identify and address health, safety, or maintenance issues proactively.
Execute memorable events: Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to coordinate and facilitate employee events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive stakeholder experience.
Promote sustainability initiatives: Partner with vendors and internal teams to implement and improve sustainability efforts in workplace operations, driving eco-friendly practices across the office.
Create and refine playbooks: Develop and maintain detailed workplace playbooks to document processes, ensuring clarity and consistency for the team and enabling operational excellence.
Support cross-functional collaboration: Partner with teams across and outside of Enterprise Operations to execute key projects, improve processes, and meet shared objectives.
Contribute to workplace aesthetics: Work with the Workplace Operations team to ensure office aesthetics meet Netflix’s standards, creating an environment that’s welcoming, inspiring, and aligned with our brand.
Be agile and proactive: Provide support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives, from workplace pilots to employee engagement efforts, always staying flexible and focused on delivering exceptional results.
Oversee the food & beverage program to ensure that the program is designed to fuel creativity, collaboration, and connection.
Develop and oversee all Preventative Maintenance Program and look after the all office equipment are functioning properly.
Who You Are:
Experience: 3-5 years in facilities, workplace operations, and hospitality, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Entertainment or Media experience is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Slack; experience with project management and ticketing tools such as Asana, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
Relationship-Building: Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
Operational Excellence: Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results and driving continuous improvement.
