We’re Looking for:
Fluency in German and English
3+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales Planning functions in the digital media industry, with a focus on video advertising
Experience working in Sales Operation systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers)
Knowledge of digital media sales and marketplaces including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed and PMP advertising
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with the ability to make data digestible for cross-functional stakeholders
Proven project management skills with ability to multitask and manage requests from various stakeholders.

The role reports directly to the Director, Product Discovery & Promotion (DACH & CEE), who is based in Berlin, Germany.
Role OverviewThis role is unique as its scope requires a deep understanding of our product behaviour and a mindset that is equally precise on local execution as it is on strategic judgment calls.
Key Responsibilities:Portfolio Management: Own a portfolio of titles. While multiple teams (internal or external) get involved at different times along the launch journey for deliverables, you will be overseeing the quality of the launch as our operational throughline of the local Product Discovery & Promotion team.

You will lead outreach with potential brand partners to build relationships and gain a deep understanding of their goals, planning process, creative ambition, and core equities. You will negotiate and shape robust partnerships with admired brands in support of Netflix’s most prominent films and series.At the earliest stages of development, you will work cross-functionally with the content, marketing, and legal teams to identify titles that strategically align with the Netflix Brand Partnership approach. You will research and engage with a cross-section of brands to identify potential partners and find meaningful connections between titles, audiences, and partner’s marketing priorities.You will be a part of a multi-disciplinary working team within the Marketing Partnerships function. These working teams consist of a brand partner lead (this role) who leads partner engagement and sets the conditions for a successful partnership; a strategy lead that develops strategic intersections between our title and a brand’s positioning; a creative lead who oversees the campaign development; and a production lead that helps to bring the idea to life. REQUIREMENTS:

This is a full time position
The briefs and outputs of these partner campaigns will vary: it may be a 360 consumer-facing campaign promoting Netflix and a Distribution Partner (e.g. TV, OOH, social, digital assets), or it may require executing operational tasks across key partner touchpoints (e.g. Retail, Sales Conferences, Call Centers, training materials). Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in delivering brilliant creative against a range of full funnel marketing objectives for established brands.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the creative development and delivery of multiple concurrent campaigns for Distribution partners across the DACH region. This includes creative ideation, approval across stakeholders, delivery & reformatting of assets
Join agency briefings and own the feedback loop with partners and agencies ensuring creative standards and guidelines are met.
Understand an agency's production process and represent Netflix at reviews, pre-production meetings and shoots. Oversee and manage production budgets, facilitate the production and operations behind a campaign on behalf of Netflix, and give the final sign off on campaign assets and deliverables.
Input on creative strategy, ensuring business objectives are met and provide guidance and feedback at any point in the campaign development.
