Job Description

Administrative Support: to manage line manager’s schedules, coordinate appointments and meetings, prioritize incoming requests and deadlines and work on expense claim reports, ensuring timely completion.

Travel Planning:to manage travel documents (incl. VISA, Passport), domestic and inter-continental flights, hotel, ground transportations, ensuring a smooth connection.

Data Management:perform regular data analytic based on Visier or Workday raw data, including generate report, maintain monthly HR dashboard, conduct comparison or analysis, then drive insight.

Confidentiality:often entrusted with sensitive and confidential information, must maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling such information.

Technology Skills Support:is expected to be proficient in using various software applications, communication tools, and office equipment.
