As a Game Designer, you’ll be responsible for crafting a world-leading player experience and content. You’ll deliver fun and high-performing content to our players around the world and create new gameplay elements and use data to analyze, tune and improve work.

•  Create best-in-class casual content that’s in line with our design pillars, to excite and engage players.
• Playtest your own and other teammates’ designs to ensure quality and consistency of gameplay.
• Provide and document feedback to other team members’ designs.
• Iterate your content based on feedback provided in playtest sessions.
• Use data to inform and balance existing content and form hypotheses and direction for future content.
• Assist the Content team with improving our content pipeline and processes.
• Support and collaborate with Art, UI, Game Design, Production, QA, etc.

• Experience in a Game Design, Product or Content Design roles
• Strong passion for gaming, particularly with regards to casual mobile games.
• Positive and creative mind with a passion for creating visual and narrative elements.
• Solid grasp of design methodologies and up-to-date knowledge of the casual, puzzle or merge audiences, markets and player motivations.
• Ability to create high quality content for a mass audience under strict deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and can clearly and effectively communicate feedback and design ideas.
• Strong self-driven work ethic and ability to work effectively within an agile team environment.

You will be responsible for creating eye-catching 2D and 3D animations across all digital and social platforms.

• Create and animate 2D and 3D videos with a focus on After Effects and Cinema 4D.
• Conceptualize, present and execute your ideas from start to end: Lead your own creation from sketch to final high-quality product.
• Collaborate with designers, editors and motion artists in creating 3D content: from Full CG videos and motion graphics to VFX in live-action videos.
• Explore and implement current trends and tools in 3D design, animation and production pipeline.
• Attend dailies and participate in creative brainstorming.
• Present your own creative ideas in a dynamic environment and find solutions within tight schedules.

• 5+ years experience in After Effects.
• 5+ years experience in Cinema 4D.
• Wide 3D skillset: modeling, lighting, rigging, animation, shading, and rendering (Redshift).
• Experience in 2D animation and motion graphics in Adobe After Effects.

Advantages:

• Experience integrating 3D in After Effects.
• Experience with Cinema 4D's Plug-ins like X-Particles and realflow.
• Experience using popular game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Experience in using various generative AI tools.

Playable Ads are interactive mini-games that are used to engage and attract new users to download and play our games.

As a level designer you will be in charge of the level design and polishing the game mechanics and game-flows of our playable ads as well as testing and gaining insights based on how the playable performed.

• Design levels for top performing playable ads for leading games, to excite, engage, and bring new players to download our games.
• Research and develop innovative game mechanics for playable ads.
• Work closely with game developers and provide constructive feedback on playable ad mechanics and experience
• Analyze performance data to optimize game mechanics and conversions.
• Collaborate with the game design team with improving our content pipeline and processes.
• Stay current on mobile game advertising trends and best practices.
• Support and collaborate with the team from a level design perspective (Production, QA, Art, Game Design, etc).

• 2+ years of experience designing levels and game mechanics for casual mobile games.
• Strong passion for gaming, particularly with regards to casual mobile games.
• Positive and creative mind with a passion for the level design craft (showcased with a relevant work portfolio).
• Solid grasp of game design methodologies and up-to-date knowledge of the casual audience, casual game markets and player motivations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate feedback and design ideas.
