About The Role

In this role, you will play a key part in our success by serving as a business partner to our Sales, CX, Legal, and other business teams, as well as contributing to our accounting and reporting processes.

  • Serve as a business partner and provide ongoing support to our customer-facing teams
  • Review and analyze agreements with customers and partners to ensure proper revenue recognition (ASC-606) and other accounting standards or internal policies are met. Prepare and maintain various reports supporting business needs
  • Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects to enhance current workflows and procedures internally, and in conjunction with other departments
  • Drive system enhancements and identify opportunities to optimize processes
  • Take part in implementing and communicating new finance policies
  • Take part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process according to US GAAP
Your Experience & Skills
  • CPA with 2–3 years of post-internship experience
  • Big 4 experience, high-tech industry, SAAS companies – a big advantage
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, with expertise in ASC 606
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling, etc.) – a must
  • Familiarity with BI tools and data-driven analysis – an advantage
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems, ideally NetSuite and Salesforce
  • Ability to work under pressure and to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
  • Positive, hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional business partnering skills, with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and at various levels within a company
  • Fluent English

The focus of this role is managing Payroll and any related transactions and reporting which requires application of strong technical and organizational skills, reliability and deep knowledge of Israel payroll.

  • Support the payroll administration process in an accurate and timely manner
  • Collect and update data into the payroll system including time logs of the employees
  • Work out social funds, tax and national insurance deductions
  • Process new employees and employment terminations paperwork
  • Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality
  • Work closely with the various teams to ensure accurate employee data and resolve payroll-related inquiries
  • Identify areas for improvement in payroll processes and suggest solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy
Your Experience & Skills
  • Certified Payroll Controller
  • At least 5 years of experience in preparing/assisting payroll process in High-tech companies - Must
  • Deep knowledge of Excel - Must
  • Deep knowledge of Hilan - Must
  • Deep knowledge of NetSuite - Must
  • Strong knowledge of Israeli payroll laws and tax regulations
  • Ability to prioritize duties, meet deadlines, and function as a team member to accomplish job functions
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Timesheet tracking analysis; includes follow up with employees and managers for timely entry and approval
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset; escalate as appropriate
  • Multi tasker and able to work in fast pace organization at scale
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

Personal Assistant (PA) for two VPs Productto act as the right-hand support and provide strategic administrative support, calendar management, travel planning and be the managers PA right hand with initiatives and events.The chosen candidate can build this role independently, and with the correct passion, the sky is the limit. You will join our Operations Team based in our headquarters in Tel aviv, Israel.

  • Manage calendars, coordinate and schedule appointments for two VPs Product
  • Organize and maintain email lists, team’s details and relevant databases
  • Assist in building & maintaining internal Management portal
  • Administrative support in the organiziations of events and off-sites
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the managers.
  • Play a role in ensuring smooth day-to-day flow of communications within the leadership
  • Working with global stakeholders at the company, facilitating alignment between the different teams and sites
Your Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant- A MUST
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google equivalent apps
  • Independant with proactive approach
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Organized, details oriented and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting targets.
  • Attention to details and problem solving skills
  • Great interpersonal skills, service orientation and teamwork approach
  • Always 2 steps ahead, seeing potential problems before they occur and solving them in advance, aiming for the best positive solution for all
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • Bachelor degree - an advantage
  • Available working onsite
