The Payroll Manager role will lead all aspects of Israel payroll for 1,500+ employees across both sites – Yavne and Migdal HaEmek.

In this role you will:

• Ensure accuracy, compliance and service goals are consistently met.
• Develop and supervise day-to-day work of 3 payroll staff, including providing direction for tasks, coordinating priorities and resources, and providing mentorship on performance and development opportunities.
• Identify and implement payroll process improvements and best practices.
• Reconcile and maintain payroll records; Audit payroll data changes to ensure validity and accuracy of approved transactions.
• Review payroll journal entries, perform GL mapping, perform payroll related account analysis and reconcile payroll related general ledger accounts monthly.
• Leads preparation of relevant reports.
• Support external audit requests and other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certified Payroll Accountant
• Proficiency in Hilan
• 10+ years of payroll experience, with at least 5 years in managerial role
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Familiarity with Workday and SAP - advantage

Minimum Qualifications

• Lead the EE & Control R&D team in developing state of the artelectronics/electricalmodules and control solutions: oversee the various modules development plans, requirements definitions, conceptual and detailed designs, testing and implementation for providing in-spec and on-time solutions
• Focus the R&D team activities on the external and internal customers’ needs
• Optimize and develop the R&D team structure, capabilities and individual talents

Requirements:

• Lead the mechanical design and development of new products, from concept to production.

• Perform detailed mechanical design, including 3D modeling, tolerance analysis, and GD&T.

• Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) for structural, thermal, and flow simulations.
