• Responsible for the complete mechanical design process, including requirements specification, feasibility studies, design reviews, cost management, and scheduling.

• Reduce 3D mechanical designs to 2D drawings and apply mechanical tolerancing/GD&T to achieve desired fit and functionality of manufactured parts.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop components and sub-system assemblies that will expedite the product development timeline and to ensure parts and assemblies are built per design, and cost and schedule requirements are achieved.
• Participate in the entire design/build cycle, including design, 3D CAD modeling, design review presentations, 2D drawing generation, procurement of prototype parts, system integration, and prototype testing.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the team providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
• Ability to manage subcontractor and turn-key suppliers while meeting functionality, timeline, cost and quality targets

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (minimum requirement).
• Experience of leading teams of a minimum of 5 employees, mandatory within a mechanical design engineering environment

You will be part of Global Service logistics, supporting both Logistic Operations & Inventory Control teams. Apart from working closely with Global Logistic Operation Manager, you will becollaborating/mentoringtwo team members, in achieving day to day tasks.

• Ensuring all current inventory controls are fully compliant with group controller's policy & audit-board requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience

• Handling a broad range of projects ranging in dollar value and complexity from simple to sophisticated manufacturing retrofit projects. The scope of responsibilities span from collaborating closely with corporate management to assist in acquiring project funding (FRAM), through leading and objectively reporting project cost basis to senior management.
• Reporting on cost, schedule, risk, contracts, and issues on all capital projects globally
• Supporting the Project Managers (PMs) during bid solicitation, tabulation, evaluation, and award.

In addition, they will review and analyse engineering and contractor cost estimates, bids, change orders, invoices, labor rates, physicalengineering/constructionprogress, etc. The project controls manager will be responsible for budgeting, tracking, and controlling KLA costs as well as engineer/contractor costs. This role requires the PCM to be onsite. Travel ~ Up to 30%

• The Project Controls Manager should have strong technical knowledge in construction cost and schedule management. In addition, the individual must have strong analytical skills for estimate analysis, bid evaluations, budget monitoring, cash flow analysis, risk analysis (Quantitative and Qualitative Risk modeling) and benchmarking project costs. Our successful candidate should have a good understanding of all types of estimating from conceptual through definitive construction estimates with knowledge of computer systems using excel, data base programs, scheduling software, spreadsheets, power point, word processing and e-mail. The individual must have strong skills in leader ship, communication, and problem solving

Expert in Primavera (P6) planning software, estimation software such as timberline or similar, cost applications (Ecosys or Skire), Excel, Visio and other Office Tools, PowerBi would be plus.
