As a Treasury Sales Group Manager in Commercial Banking, you will lead and develop Treasury Management Sales Associates. • Coordinating broader Family Investment Firm coverage with Investment Banking, Commercial Banking and Private Banking partners
• Driving the sourcing of new Investment Banking transactions, across Mergers & Acquisitions, debt and equity capital markets products
• Focusing as an Investment Banking lead in joint coverage of Family Investment Firms with both senior bankers (Global Chairs and/or Vice Chairs) and junior bankers
• Acting as the primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on deals

Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills

• Extensive self-starter, who is highly proactive and focused on both client idea generation and sourcing of Investment Banking transactions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity
• Very strong quantitative and analytical skills (including Excel modeling and valuation work)
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, and have the aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and to develop innovative solutions
