As a Consultant Senior in Business Banking, you’ll help improve the lives of our clients and the well-being of their businesses through solutions, education, and advice. Job Responsibilities

• Build relationships, utilize networks and local centers of influence to identify and support underserved entrepreneurs.

• Build collaborative internal and external relationships to provide the best in client advice and service to develop the business network and ensure a seamless experience for the business client.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business banking relationship management role or related business / commercial lending experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong relationship management skills; demonstrate strong tactical business development and negotiation skills
• Demonstrate seasoned judgment to offer comprehensive and customized solutions that best meet client needs; monitors and researches market/industry trends and business outcomes to anticipate client needs and present proactive solutions
• Able to identify opportunities, issues, and viable alternatives, while managing risk, when traditional solutions do not apply

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Extensive knowledge of business and credit underwriting with commercial credit training
• Experience owning / operating a small business

As a National Client Banker, you are responsible for advising families on building, preserving and managing their wealth in partnership with local coverage markets. You will use your knowledge of investments, financial planning, credit and banking to both advise current clients on all aspects of their balance sheet and re-introduce the capabilities of the Private Bank. National Client Bankers are responsible for a large book of clients and work in a fast paced environment. You will be part of a national coverage team and supported by an institutional platform that has the resources, specialists and intellectual capital to help you advise clients on achieving their desired goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with a large number of clients by earning trust, understanding client needs, providing targeted advice, developing thoughtful solutions and delivering an exceptional client experience
• Generate client referrals and acquire new assets from existing client base
• Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needs
• Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients when needed
• Connect your clients across all lines of business of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
• Ensure that proposed solutions fulfill clients' needs and objectives in the short, medium and long term through a holistic goals based planning approach
• Re-engage with clients though proactive outreach, marketing follow up and CRM data to introduce the Private Bank and refer opportunities to Bankers in local coverage markets
• Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines and security measures

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, Skills

• Six plus years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required for position; unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date

As the Regional Communications Manager Vice President you will work closely with U.S. Regional Communications and communications colleagues from the firm’s businesses and corporate groups to develop strategies to localize information that reinforces the value JPMorganChase brings to its communities. In addition, you will find earned media opportunities from across the company and develop communications strategies for the regional team to leverage locally. You will also integrate the Regional Communications marketing resources to help deliver the company’s priorities at the local level, as well as manage these campaigns.
