About the Role
As the Experience Design Vice President for our US Client-facing digital offerings, you will be a key leader in shaping the future of private banking at J.P. Morgan. Your deep expertise in experience design will be vital in crafting innovative products and experiences that empower our US clients to effectively manage their financial needs. • Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the product design process and deliver compelling client experiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills – ability to collaborate with cross functional teams: Work closely with product management, Engineering and Brand teams.
• Direct hands-on design experience within Figma, and experience with leading usability testing.
• Ability to distil complex problems into simple, elegant solutions and make informed decisions that guide product direction.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence others and provide thought leadership based on solid design decisions.
• Experience working within design systems and handling complex user journeys, particularly in consumer settings.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Demonstrated ability to create visual representations of user journeys, such as storyboarding, wireframes, and prototypes
• Demonstrated experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines, with the ability to incorporate diverse perspectives and abilities into design solutions
• Proven ability to develop experiences that meet or exceed the initial proposal of a product or experience, including the development of transformational innovation strategies and the creation of 'north star' representations to drive customer-centric decision-making
• Advanced technical literacy, including an advanced understanding of client-side technologies, APIs, microservices, and the components of the technology stack, as well as their impact on user experience
• Demonstrated experience in visual design and interaction principles, with a focus on creating aesthetically appealing and functional digital experiences
• Previous exposure to industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite)

You will act as a subject matter expert, supporting onboarding, exception management, and regulatory adherence for index and benchmark processes. Your role will involve collaborating with business groups, vendors, and technology teams to deliver robust data solutions and operational efficiencies

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects of the index and benchmark process.
• Coordinate and validate new index requirements, including licensing, vendor engagement, and onboarding approvals.
• Support the onboarding of new indices by managing license agreements, renewals, and cancellations.
• Investigate and resolve user queries and exceptions related to index and benchmark data, performing root cause analysis and implementing controls.
• Liaise with index producers, vendors, and internal teams to validate and resolve data issues.
