As a Senior Manager of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Infrastructure Platforms organization, you will play a pivotal leadership role by offering technical coaching and advisory support to multiple technical teams. • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience . In addition, 2 + years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise
• Experience leading teams of technologists while working at code-level inPython, Azure SDK, and proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Ability to guide and coach teams on approach to achieve goals aligned against a set of strategic initiatives
• Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent
• Experience with Azure services (Storage, Compute, Integration, IAM, Network)
• Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and practical Azure cloud-native experience
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods, including CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and Spinnaker
