Job Summary:

As a Loan Origination Specialist in Wholesale Loan Services, you will coordinate post-approval activities with Credit Risk Officers, Bankers, and other areas to ensure all loans are closed and funded to meet our client’s expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain an individual pipeline of active commercial loans.
• Collect and review legal loan documentation for operational feasibility, optimal execution mechanics, regulatory requirements, and mitigation of operational risk.
• Review and advise on funding mechanics and operational requirements relating to products, processes, and policies.
• Coordinate flow of post-approval tasks from mandate to booking.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task through strong organizational and time management skills.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in commercial loan products and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
