As a Business Analysis Senior Associate within the Performance, Reporting, and Insights Team, you will collaborate closely with the Relationship & Governance Leads and the Operations business unit to support the delivery of business requirements related to reporting and data analysis. • Demonstrated ability to perform descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive data analysis
• Hands on experience in data wrangling tools (ie SQL, Alteryx) and Salesforce Report/Dashboard.
• Deep experience in JIRA/Confluence, Sharepoint Designer, UiPath, Alteryx
• Advanced excel skills (ie. Index Match, xlookup, Analysis Toolpak, VBA, etc)
• Working knowledge of various data modeling and statistical tools (ie. Python)
• Strong data visualisation skills and ability to tell a compelling data story.
