As a Business Analysis Senior Associate within the Performance, Reporting, and Insights Team, you will collaborate closely with the Relationship & Governance Leads and the Operations business unit to support the delivery of business requirements related to reporting and data analysis. You will execute reporting governance activities and actively contribute to the development of reporting automation initiatives. Utilizing your expertise in big data querying and modeling, you will compile data to narrate the challenges and propose solutions. You will apply automation skills using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, UiPath, and Alteryx. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• 6+ years in a business analytics or data analytics-related role supporting Contact Centre Operations.
• Demonstrated ability to perform descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive data analysis
• Hands on experience in data wrangling tools (ie SQL, Alteryx) and Salesforce Report/Dashboard.
• Deep experience in JIRA/Confluence, Sharepoint Designer, UiPath, Alteryx
• Advanced excel skills (ie. Index Match, xlookup, Analysis Toolpak, VBA, etc)
• Working knowledge of various data modeling and statistical tools (ie. Python)
• Strong data visualisation skills and ability to tell a compelling data story.

As a Global Regulatory Change and Controls Analyst within the Corporate Investment Banking Global Regulatory Change and Controls team, you will be tasked with the execution of daily regulatory obligations and managing exceptions in regulatory reporting controls.
