• Internal reports

• Information request for external/internal auditors or regulator
• Implementation of new initiatives, products and process automation

Job Summary:

The position is based in Lima, Peru, with a reporting line to the ACAC SCBM.

Job responsibilities:

• Drive the development, execution, and monitoring of an integrated country strategy in conjunction with the LOBs and functional areas, including reviewing strategic opportunities to enhance JP Morgan’s competitive position in the local market.
• Design and manage the execution of strategic, competitive, and financial analyses (including country wallet reviews) in support of the businesses, including key growth initiatives, resource optimization, and expense controls.
• Chair the location operating management team. As an Operations Trade Lifecycle Associate in our Peru Office, you'll be responsible for performing/supervising reconciliations to verify trade positions, Fixed Income, FX and Money Market settlements in Peruvian Market, focusing continuous improvement , process re-engineering and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Complete intraday / end-of-day processes including completeness and reconciliation checks to ensure capture of new trading activity and general book management has been processed accurately
• Prepare and supervise regulatory reports to Peruvian regulators.
• Investigate and provide solutions to various queries from settlements and confirmations.
• Produce MIS Reports.
