Our nine-week program kicks off with a week of induction, where you'll have training and orientation to our businesses and gain the technical and practical knowledge you'll need to start contributing to our teams.You'll also

• Work with our teams to understand client needs and examine market activities to develop and execute strategies that help clients meet their financial goals
• You’ll work with a team of bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists. Throughout the summer, you'll learn about our business and our clients while building your own expertise.
• Collaborate with various teams, including but not limited to market strategy, equity, and alternative investment teams to conduct research and analysis, develop products and respond to client needs as part of a Solutions Team.
• Continuously learn through one-on-one mentorship, learning sessions and ongoing events to grow your professional network

As a Model Risk Associate/ Vice President in the Model Risk Governance and Review team, you will play a crucial role in reviewing credit derivatives models and enhancing model risk governance. You will collaborate with model developers, trading desks, and risk professionals to ensure the soundness and suitability of complex pricing models. • Alternatives: The J.P. Morgan Asset Management (“JPMAM”) alternatives platform provides a spectrum of innovative investments that, when used correctly, can play a key role in generating new sources of return and portfolio diversification. Spanning real estate, real assets, private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and liquid alternatives, our solutions provide dynamic opportunities to meet our investors return objectives.
• Equities: We manage a broad range of equity investment strategies globally with dedicated portfolio managers, research analysts and traders who have expertise in helping clients of all sizes.
• Exchange Traded Funds (“ETFs”): Deliver JPMAM’s US and UCITS ETFs to clients in the Asia Pacific region and help to build out local ETF platforms in select markets.
• Distribution Channels: Assist with client sales and retention while gaining broad exposure to asset classes and investment professionals throughout the firm.
• Market Insights: We provide clients and client advisors with the knowledge and investment education to make better informed investment decisions. Using our industry-leading resource, the Guide to the Markets, we aim to deliver insights to cut through the clutter and bring clarity to today’s markets.

In the Trading Track:

This 9-week internship serves as a talent pipeline for our full-time, 2-year rotational Human Resources Analyst Development Program.

The program offers comprehensive training, unique networking opportunities, and meaningful day-to-day work. You'll have the chance to apply your knowledge and make a significant impact while gaining hands-on experience supporting our various lines of business (Asset & Wealth Management, Commercial & Investment Banking) or our Corporate functions.
