As a Transaction Execution Management Senior Associate within the Credit Products Delivery team, you will deliver best-in-class documentation for Global Corporate Bank and Commercial Banking clients. You will manage the end-to-end deal execution process, maintain oversight over the closing process, and review and negotiate legal documentation. • Advise the Investment Banking Head and the country, product, and/or industry heads in all aspects of the business: strategy, controls, people, and performance.
