Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Support firmwide legal, regulatory and compliance matters related to ADA, accessibility, and EVP laws for both business and legal clients, including:
  • Researching state and federal case law concerning ADA and EVP and the potential impact to JPMC

As an Experienced eDiscovery Operations Associate within the Legal Discovery Management team, you will perform custodial and/or data source research and identification, along with the preservation, collection, disposition, and/or secure delivery of data within pre-defined Service Level Agreements and turnaround times. In this role, you will leverage various eDiscovery tools and/or liaise with internal and external technology partners and other stakeholders to facilitate the execution of these requests.
