As a Digital & Platform Services - Markets Operations Finance Management Associate within the Finance Management team, you will partner across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting. You will be responsible for key financial measures such as expenses, headcount, or financial and headcount modeling, delivering value-added financial reporting and analysis, and assisting with strategic direction and decision-making. LDM is an internal organization within the firm’s Litigation Department that supports and facilitates the legal discovery process, including the identification, preservation, collection, review, and production of information relevant to litigation matters, regulatory inquiries, and internal investigations. The Associate will be part of the team responsible for the end-to-end Legal Hold process including the drafting, issuance, and monitoring of legal hold notices to employees across the Firm, providing guidance about the legal obligations surrounding those holds, and facilitating their ultimate release. As a Legal Holds and Discovery Strategy Specialist, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative eDiscovery professionals across a wide variety of disciplines in a dynamic environment. You will perform custodial and/or data source research and identification, along with the preservation and disposition of data within pre-defined Service Level Agreements and turnaround times. In addition, you will facilitate responses to attorney questions and requests regarding litigation, HR, and regulatory matters. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to broader goals and initiatives across the eDiscovery spectrum in an effort to continuously develop, update and improve our eDiscovery program.
