

Your responsibilities will be to:
Supplier Performance Monitoring : Monitor and evaluate supplier quality using performance metrics, nonconformance reports (e.g., 8D), and key quality indicators (KPIs). Analyze corrective and preventive actions, as well as root-cause investigations, to generate actionable insights.
Quality Control & Problem Solving : Drive continuous improvement in supplier quality by focusing on issue prevention, data collection, and resolution of nonconformances through the JE CAR system. Assess rejected materials and lead root cause analysis for recurring supplier issues.
Supplier Audits & Compliance : Conduct supplier process audits based on VDA 6.3, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 standards. Follow up on improvement actions and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and internal quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate containment actions between JE and suppliers. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality concerns through on-site inspections, material investigations, and verification of corrective actions.
System & Process Ownership : Manage the JE supplier issue tracking matrix portal. Ensure timely and effective closure of all corrective and preventive actions.
Compliance & Standards Adherence : Ensure all supplier-related activities align with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, JE International policies, and relevant industry standards.
Customer Requirements Alignment : Maintain awareness of customer-specific requirements and ensure all relevant actions are aligned accordingly.
Our requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering
Relevant experience of ideally more than 3 years in matching roles, preferably in the automotive or industrial automation sectors
Proficient English language skills are mandatory
Familiarity with APQP, SPC, Control Plan, PPAP, 8D, FMEA, MSA and problem-solving techniques, e.g.: 5Why, Ishikawa, 5W2H
Practical knowledge of VDA 6.3, along with usage of statistical tools and Six Sigma/Lean methodologies
Knowledge of material types and manufacturing methods, including casting, powder metal, machining, plastics and other component-specific processes
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of technical data sheets and drawings
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with attention to detail
Previous work on case studies or development activities is considered as an asset

Prepare weekly/monthly production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels
Conduct short and medium-term production capacity planning
Create, monitor, and revise production orders in the ERP system
Analyze material and component requirements and coordinate with the material planning team
Develop balanced production schedules considering line capacity, workforce, and equipment constraints
Continuously monitors the progress of the daily production plan and ensures ongoing productions are in accordance with the plan
Lead improvement initiatives to enhance inventory turnover and production efficiency

The person in this position will focus on maintaining and improving the automation system within an industrial setting. Key responsibilities include root cause analysis of machine failures, PLC/HMI software development, commissioning support, and implementing Industry 4.0 solutions. The ideal candidate has a technical background in automation or mechatronics, hands-on experience with PLCs and robotics, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Your responsibilities will be to:
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for machine breakdowns; define and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate repetitive failures
Lead or support the commissioning of automation systems, including PLC and HMI software development, testing, and on-site deployment
Provide technical support during installation and startup of equipment supplied by external vendors, particularly in electrical, mechanical, PLC, and HMI-related aspects
Take part in the creation and regular update of spare part lists, technical documentation, and equipment-specific BOMs
Support and execute planned (PM) and autonomous maintenance (AM) activities to maximize machine uptime and production efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Industry 4.0 solutions, including smart diagnostics, data acquisition, and system integration
Ability to initiate, lead, and present CI projects to enhance equipment reliability, process efficiency, and overall operational performance
Capable of transferring technical knowledge and providing guidance to technicians and operators on system changes or improvements

Our requirements:
