• Keep all manufacturing equipment and plant areas clean and organized
• Communicate parts, materials, and cleaning supply requirements in accordance with company procedures
• Perform floor scrapping and deep cleaning as needed
• Use tools, vacuums, and cleaning supplies to remove dirt, oil, grease, and debris from manufacturing equipment and floors
• Safely handle and dispose of hazardous waste materials
• Work from ladders or platforms to clean hard-to-reach sections of equipment
• Properly use and maintain cleaning tools and equipment
• Identify cleaning needs, assess hazards, and determine appropriate cleaning methods
• Follow strict safety standards and procedures, report potential hazards, and wear required PPE
• Support quality and environmental health and safety system compliance
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to carry up to 35+ lbs occasionally
• Comfortable navigating uneven and slippery surfaces
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Ladder safety training and lockout/tagout training
• Proficient English communication skills

• Experience with SPS, 5S, or Continuous Improvement activities
• Previous experience handling hazardous waste in an industrial setting

• Gather and analyze fluid samples to monitor concentration levels
• Adjust concentrations and perform corrective actions based on analysis results
• Perform fluid quality checks on required machinery
• Log and report all findings to the Supervisor and Quality department
• Maintain communication with suppliers to address issues and shortages
• Track fluid usage and manage inventory
• Conduct monthly safety inspections
• Manage system dumps and oversee the fluid quality system
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management and Environmental Health & Safety Systems
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent
• CNC equipment and fluid sampling experience (required)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive
• Strong organizational skills and work ethic
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to write clear reports

• Prior safety inspection or quality system experience
• Familiarity with supplier communication and inventory control processes

As our next, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining the performance and cleanliness of CNC machines, part washers, and fluid systems that support production. Your expertise inwill be essential to supporting smooth manufacturing operations.

• Work with hands-on systems that directly impact production performance

• Monitor and log fluid concentrations throughout your shift
• Top off and adjust fluid concentrations as needed
• Clean CNC machines by removing oil, coolant, sludge, and chips, then refill for production

• Clean and service deburring and part washing equipment and tanks
• Dispense used fluids and manage fluid disposal
• Follow all Quality and Environmental Health & Safety system requirements
• Perform additional duties as required by the Production Supervisor

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Legible handwriting and clear written communication
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

• Familiarity with CNC operations or fluid maintenance systems
• Experience working on a rotating or continental shift schedule
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
