We are looking for a driven and curious Mid-Senior Planner/Scheduler in San Francisco CA to support our Western based programs. As a key member of our West support team, you’ll be interacting with engineering and construction to understand and communicate issues and conflicts that impact program schedules. You will also analyze CPM schedules and recommend work-arounds and schedule improvements.

As a vital member of our Northern California team, you’ll have the chance to work on challenging projects where we’ll depend on your expertise, intuition, and leadership with planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects. You’ll grow professionally with us because we’ll rise together on impactful projects with a high degree of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design and construction services. You’ll be leading a multidiscipline design team to complete tasks within established schedules, budgets and help advance our business development strategies.

As the CM Professional, you’ll manage and resolve complex design and construction related issues, disputes, and disagreements; and review status and monitor variances of the construction project database relative to scheduling and cost control reporting. Additionally, you’ll attend assigned meetings, conduct chartering engagements, integrate and communicate with all stakeholders, develop and hold weekly job progress meetings with staff and document performance as necessary.
