As a Project Manager, you’ll be part of a team responsible for management of the design, procurement, construction, commissioning and activation of one or more healthcare buildings as part of a healthcare system facilities master plan. As the onsite Owners Representative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team.

We are looking for a Construction Manager to help lead construction management and commissioning teams for successful delivery of complex land point of entry and other like facilities. As a Sr. Construction Manager/Resident Engineer , we need you to have the ability to assist managing complex, (technical engineering (buildings, transportation, civil, mechanical, I&C), construction projects, assist leading project teams, encourage a high degree of teamwork and coordination with all project stakeholders; assist leading the team in project decisions in technical project approaches, cost control, schedule control, change management, risk management and performance; and identify problems, analyze information and develop sound recommendations. You will act as the a project interface with the owner, working with the owner and other stakeholders, designer and contractor and will assist and participate in project meetings and effectively delivering results in a timely manner. You will develop a trusted relationship with the project team, contractor and client’s staff. You will place an emphasis on project safety (Beyond Zero), and on maintaining a high level of quality of construction.
