The position will successfully manage the various relationships, resolve issues and provide coordination and consistency between the project controls functions. Toronto or Ottawa. You’ll be working on exciting and engaging transportation projects for our public sector clients across North America with a strong focus on the Ontario market. You’ll be working in a hybrid arrangement from home and from one of our offices (Toronto or Ottawa), with the expectation offor client meetings and team meetings.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Deliver transportation/transit planning projects.
• Coordinate with local authorities, transit agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support.
• Lead the preparation of materials to support public/stakeholder engagement and participate in outreach activities to gather input and build consensus on solutions
• Stayup-to-datewith industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities, challenges, and risks for clients
• Represent Jacobs at industry events (conferences, webinars, etc.)
• Secure and strengthen long term client partnerships and drive near to long term growth in the transit planning space, through:
  • Partnering with our operations, sales and market solutions leaders at a local, geographic and regional scale to develop unique and valued client propositions.
  • Leading and/or producing high quality thought leadership content and using unique insights to engage our clients.
  • Being highly influential in the winning of our most important opportunities and ensuring appropriate engagement and collaboration across our Market Solutions/Subject Matter Experts.
  • Stewardship of technical solutions and driving innovation on our projects, actively involved in quality and risk management, leveraging expertise to ensure efficiency of delivery.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent, through:
  • Collaborating with our leaders to develop and implement hiring strategies in the planning space.
  • Intentional involvement in external professional organizations and conferences.
  • Active participation in our Communities of Practices to share your experiences and knowledge.
