ROLE

• Provide graphic design technical support using Adobe software. Any other advanced computer application would be an advantage.
• Consistently uses Jacobs branding concepts.
• Create complex graphics and elements for collateral including technical project reports, proposals, presentations, and marketing deliverables.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs general/preventive maintenance tasks necessary to keep vehicles and assigned equipment in operable condition.

• Respond to utility locate requests from Colorado 811 affecting the traffic signal and ITS infrastructure, including performing after-hours, on-call field locates.

• Perform traffic signal and ITS maintenance and construction services, including but not limited to the following: preventative maintenance, device replacement and/or upgrade, and new device installation.

• Respond to inquiries or emergencies related to traffic signal operations, including performing after-hours, on-call services to address signal malfunctions.

• Maintain a comprehensive, current knowledge of applicable policies, procedures, codes, and regulations.

• Effectively communicate with management, employees, other departments, the public and other individuals as needed to coordinate work activities, review status of work, exchange information, or resolve problems.

• Assist the City Traffic Engineer in construction inspection and quality assurance for capital projects related to traffic signal and ITS improvements

• Support the Traffic Operations Coordinator and other staff as needed in the operation and maintenance of the traffic signal and ITS system, including but not limited to the following: collecting as-built information; maintaining an asset inventory and database; working with GIS to incorporate information into a geospatial database.

• Performs other similar duties as assigned.

The Principal Design Manager – Dams must have a good understanding in managing complex engineering design packages relating to the design of dam safety upgrades, new dams, and all associated works to support an overall dam safety program.

Responsible for implementing Jacobs QA procedures and Client QA requirements.

Monitoring and reporting of project progress, risks and issues. Hands on design management including civil, geotechnical, geological, mechanical, electrical and structural engineering disciplines.

Facilitate the production of documentation to enable construction.

Ensure project work complies with the project scope of works, statutory/regulatory requirements and client standards. Support field work of clients and their contractors during commissioning.

Managing the review of drawings and documents by Senior Designers and Engineers in various groups.

Preparation of cost estimates and drawing lists for projects. You will support your PU to ensure it can thrive in a global setting, encouraging cross-geography relationships in order to maximise the benefit of global delivery to our clients and our people

We have a diverse base of water clients across the region and this role will contribute to setting and implementing strategy and capability for this client base, with support from our global technical leads.

Responsibilities:

is responsible for providing consultancy, engineering services, technical input and direction in design in the ANZ region. The role will include taking a lead role with design, project delivery and winning work and for positioning and winning projects involving a range of services.

You will support management of the Water Infrastructure Western Team, in terms of team development and growth, building technical capability and growing the water infrastructure portfolio.

You will be required to interface with GID delivery centres in order to improve delivery capability meet targets. You will keep abreast of new methods, technologies and developments impacting Jacobs in order to recommend change to current or new direction by tracking and contributing to industry developments, thus ensuring Jacobs is applying the latest technical developments.

You will help drive business development and be responsible for work winning, identify the next strategic opportunities and support the winning of those opportunities. Through regular industry participation, you will develop and maintain strong key client relationships, identify emerging opportunities with clients and act as a trusted advisor to a select group of Jacobs key clients, representing the Water Infrastructure team at key thought leadership events.

You will help maintain compliance with Jacobs QA procedures, including the deliverables review QA process. You will facilitate the technical development of more junior resources to meet market requirements and engage with high performers in a team environment to facilitate knowledge sharing and coaching.

As a Senior Associate Program/Partnership Lead you will work in one of our major embedded client programs alongside our services manager and provide both internal and client facing program leadership in an element or elements of the program.

You will be a key succession candidate for the services manager/program director role.

The role will be extremely client facing and likely largely working from the client office. You will be expected to use your initiative to identify opportunities and develop and then execute strategies to pursue these considering client needs, alignment to Jacobs strategy, and commercial interests.
