Job Description:

This position will be primarily focused on preparing and reviewing India, Japan and Korea corporate tax reporting (direct tax returns, tax accounting & tax assessments), transfer pricing compliances and provisioning under IGAAP/ USGAAP.

Additional Responsibilities

• End-to-end management and coordination with internal stakeholders and advisors for preparation and completion of annual tax compliances in India such as tax audit, transfer pricing filings and tax returns.
• Streamline audit management – turnaround of data in response to tax notices.
• Identify and achieve process improvement scope in audit management.
• Identify and drive automation projects, process improvements which increase efficiency and scalability of data.
• Prepare and/or review monthly/ quarterly tax computations for advance tax and quarterly provisioning.
• Review of financial statements, reports and support closing of local country financial statements.
• Support & review local country transfer pricing compliances and ensure they are completed on time.
• Support in transfer pricing litigation and APA application.
• Drafting of appeals with CIT(A), ITAT and representation with tax authorities.
• Support in internal restructuring projects and experience of working on slump sale, asset sale aspects etc.

Basic Qualifications

• CA or Masters from a recognized institute or equivalent preferred.
• 4+ years of Indian income tax experience, specifically in public accounting or large multinational corporate tax departments.
• Excellent computer skills, specifically with managing large data sets within MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Self-starter; must have strong desire to help improve processes for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Experience in a fast-moving multinational corporate tax department or Big4 consulting firms for 4+ years highly preferred.
• Working knowledge and experience with accounting for income taxes under IN GAAP/US GAAP

Manages relevant contracts and suppliers to deliver high quality employee services within a site or subregion, including but not limited to Integrated Facilities Management IFM, transportation, cafeterias, and other building services. Oversees day to day activities of contractors onsite and interfaces with customers ensuring services and assets are operated and maintained according to service level agreements. Supervises projects that are executed through our contractors, whether funded and owned through our internal organization or external organizations. Oversees campus/building maintenance services comprising areas such as roofs, walls, landscape, hardscape, pavements, faade cleaning, pest control, and building structural maintenance and upkeep programs through IFM supplier. Represents relevant scope areas in infrastructure projects (i.e., from positioning to room acceptance). Manages incident response and communications activities to avoid service interruptions. Ensures the facility, procedures, and service programs maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and agency audits. Performs regular audits of equipment, fixtures, and systems to ensure contractual needs are met and ensure consistency with global services standards. Works closely with facility occupants ensuring proper maintenance and facility assets are appropriately provided and assigned. Inspects building structures, performs analysis and forecasting and makes recommendations for repairs or renovations. Monitors site operational budget and strives to maximize efficiency in all areas. Develops and helps execute comprehensive change management strategy and communication plan relative to projects and services. Partners with procurement organization to manage key performance indicators and supplier scorecard metrics. Manages capital equipment/space renovation roadmaps per specific service type. Acts as subject matter expert for green field, mergers, and/or acquisitions per service scope area. • As a Formal Verification Engineer, you will be responsible the following but not limited to:
  • Verify microarchitecture using industry standard Formal Verification tools and technologies based on latest model checking and equivalence checking algorithms on world class design IPs and SOCs for Server, Client and Graphics.
  • Use the hardware architecture design and RTL implementation details.
  • Define the Formal Verification scope, deploy the right strategy to prove correctness while deploying advanced formal techniques, and create abstraction models for convergence on the design.
  • Carve out the right boundaries for the design, create comprehensive formal verification test plans, track, verify, apply abstraction techniques, and converge on complex designs to deliver a high-quality design on schedule and articulate the ROI.
  • Analyses new methodologies, evaluates new tools, and corroborates results. Work with vendors to resolve hard design and tool problems.
  • In addition to the qualifications, a successful candidate will demonstrate: Problem solving and debugging skills. Willingness to work closely with various design teams and cross site teams.
  • Verbal and written communication skills. Motivated, self- directed and can work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications:
