You will report to the South Central Regional Sales Director

• Expand sales within existing large customer accounts while building relationships with decision-makers.
• Develop a strategic and comprehensive business plan for each account, including identifying core customer requirements and mapping the value/benefits of Informatica's solutions to customer requirements.

• Accountable for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and the implementation of agreed account and business plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop a plan for the accounts, including events, seminars, and roadmap sessions.

• 3+ years enterprise filed sales experience.
• knowledge of a customer's decision-making process, goals, strategies, and our goals.
• Complete, "big-picture" understanding of the business and technical contexts of main accounts.
• Exudes leadership on account set and compels others to get on board.
• Great at consultative effectiveness and establishing trust with internal and external customers.
• Experience/Knowledge of selling SaaS, Data Warehousing, Database, and Business Intelligence software concepts and products.

• Promote Informatica's products, maximizes brand recognition and mindshare at all levels, and publicize success stories.
• Provide customer feedback to team members for product, systems, and process improvements.
• At this level, incumbents will have expert-level knowledge of selling our products and services.
• Assigned accounts will be of the most complex nature and will take a strategic salesperson who is used to working with larger organizations
• Account Executives sell-to and work with executive-level customer decision makers, including up to CXO levels.
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience

Our Ideal Candidate

• Basic knowledge of top 3 cloud ecosystems and top 2 data related technologies
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing security aspects
• Basic certification on at least 1 cloude cosystem and 1 data related cloud technology at the level defined by the business area of focus
• Skills on at least one INFA related software platform /technology
• Engage and create relationships with influencers, coaches, and decision makers, and partners
• Basic technical knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, Data Warehousing, Database, and/or Business Intelligence software concepts and products.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in data integration, master data management, or data governance
• 2+ year of presales/technical sales, industry, or consulting experience
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background is required.

What You'll be Doing

• Manage customer engagements.
• Share best practices, content, and tips and tricks within the primary responsibilities
• Stay current on certification of services required for your responsibilities
• Perform all activities leading up to the delivery of a customer demo with some assistance including discovery, technical qualification/fit, customer presentations, standard demos, and related customer-facing communication
• Assist on RFP responses and/or POC's
• Partner with the CSM team on nurture activities including technical advisory, workshops, etc.
• Provide customer feedback on product gaps using Vivun
• Support demos at marketing events.

Java, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Salesforce CRM, Web Services (SOAP, RESTful, WSDL), Windows, Linux (Red Hat, SUSE), AWS, Azure, GCP

• Manage and resolve customer issues through Salesforce CRM
• Deliver best-in-class technical support to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Analyse and reproduce complex software issues and manage support lifecycle
• Collaborate across teams to identify and escalate product defects
• Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting solutions and insights

• Passion for customer success and delivering high-quality support
• Effective problem-solver, comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Good level of French (spoken and written) is required
