Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
ยทDevelop and execute a territory business plan to achieve or exceed sales goals.
ยทEducate healthcare professionals on the clinical benefits and appropriate use of our immunology/rare disease product(s).
ยทIdentify, target, and engage key stakeholders including specialists, hospitals, infusion centers, and patient advocacy groups.
ยทCollaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services teams to support patient access and education.
ยทMaintain deep knowledge of disease state, product, competitive landscape, and evolving treatment guidelines.
ยทEnsure all activities are conducted within compliance guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications:
ยทBachelorโs degree or equivalent experience preferred; life sciences or related field preferred.
ยทAdvanced clinical degree such as PharmD, PA, or NP is a plus.
ยท3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty sales experience; experience in immunology, rare disease, or specialty biologics strongly preferred.
ยทStrong clinical acumen with the ability to discuss complex scientific information.
ยทProven success in a complex selling environment and ability to navigate matrixed organizations.
ยทExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
ยทWillingness to travel within the territory as needed.
Preferred Skills:
ยทPrevious experience launching a new rare disease product or indication.
ยทStrong understanding of patient access and reimbursement pathways.
ยทFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) and digital sales platforms.
ยทExperience working with patient advocacy organizations.
ยทAbility to interpret and communicate scientific data to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
ยทAdaptability and resilience in a rapidly evolving environment.
