In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

• Monitorar e otimizar sistemas críticos, infraestrutura e aplicações utilizando ferramentas de observabilidade e monitoramento;
• Analisar e gerenciar incidentes críticos, liderando a identificação de causa raiz e implementação de soluções definitivas;
• Desenvolver e manter SLIs, SLOs e SLAs, alinhando-os com as metas de negócios;
• Trabalhar em colaboração com equipes de desenvolvimento, operações e segurança para implementar pipelines CI/CD robustos e promover a infraestrutura como código (IaC);
• Garantir a resiliência do sistema por meio de estratégias de chaos engineering, testes de carga e automação de failovers;
• Realizar otimização de custos em ambientes de nuvem e melhorar a eficiência operacional.- Sólido conhecimento em design e implementação de arquiteturas resilientes e escaláveis.

• Sólida experiência em SRE, DevOps ou funções relacionadas;
• Proficiência em práticas de SRE, como definição de SLIs, SLOs e SLAs, e sua integração nos sistemas;
• Experiência com automação avançada e gerenciamento de infraestrutura em larga escala;
• Expertise em monitoramento e otimização de microsserviços e sistemas distribuídos;
• Experiência com Kubernetes e gestão de clusters em produção;
• Conhecimento avançado em práticas de chaos engineering e teste de resiliência;
• Proatividade e habilidade para resolver problemas em cenários complexos.

As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of dedicated Technology Zone’s global hybrid infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with the automation and infrastructure leads to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations of IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, and on-premises workloads in a scalable, secure, and performant capacity.

• Monitor and maintain the availability, performance, capacity, and continuity of Technology Zone as a Service (TZaaS) services and our hybrid cloud infrastructure through proper response to incidents, events, and problems.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding TZaaS services and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Follow, design, configure, implement, and maintain system security strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Security Lead as needed to respond to vulnerabilities and incidents.
• Create runbooks for Support personnel to facilitate common support operations.
• Collaborate with Automation team and Cloud Leads to identify possible areas of improvement and automation.
• Perform regular audits to minimize orphaned workloads across public cloud infrastructure.
• Assist stakeholders as required to support complex MVPs.

• Minimum 2 years of experience with public cloud administration.
• Experience with RedHat OpenShift preferred.
• Familiarity with IBM Cloud, VMware, AWS, and Azure with demonstrable competency with three of the four.
• Familiarity with automation tooling, i.e., Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Powershell, Golang, etc.

• Familiarity with IBM BISO policies and supporting tooling.
