The role delivers solutions across the enterprise, partnering very closely with senior executives across IT and the business. The role sets vision, KPIs/Goals, manages the overall budget, provides guidance, and oversees the performance of the data engineering teams.
• Provides leadership for software data engineering, data management, information governance, enterprise information portals management, and implementation.
• Drives innovation and defines strategies on approach and tools to support dashboarding, improve data quality, and enable predictive analytics.
• Identifies strategies to integrate cross-business unit data for enterprise master data management, traditional reporting, data interfaces, and analytics.
• Harnesses data-driven machine learning and artificial intelligence to provide a capability that can be pervasively applied across the enterprise.
