- Analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for estimates
- Review project specifications and drawings to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals
- Participate in bid review meetings and provide input on pricing strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of estimates and bid document
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BMS estimating or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of building management systems and related technologies Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
