KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design & development of Industrial control systems
• Provide technical roadmaps for portfolio / products
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
• Work closely with hardware engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of software with hardware components
• Implement and oversee robust testing procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of embedded software
• Conduct code reviews to identify and address potential issues early in the development process

YOU MUSTHAVE

• Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in engineering with 15+ years of experience in architecting, design and development of embedded software solutions
• Hands-on in C++ and Real time Operating systems such as Integrity, VxWorks, RT Linux
• Knowledge of Control systems, PLCs, functional Safety systems & industrial protocols is a must
• Knowledge of motion control applications & technologies for discrete applications like warehouse automation, packaging, bottling, machines is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of hardware and software integration
• Exposure Containerization and Container Orchestration
• Good understanding Cyber security and secure design
• Good understanding networking concepts
• Experience in handling full life cycle projects right from requirement management to delivery & sustenance
• Demonstrated ability to work with global, cross-functional teams

• Utilize Microsoft Purview and its tools to ensure data governance and compliance.
• Deploy and manage Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solutions to monitor and control cloud applications.
• Design and implement Zero Trust architecture to enhance security posture.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts within the M365 environment.
• Collaborate with other IT and security teams to ensure comprehensive security coverage.
• Work with data loss prevention controls and monitor systems for data movement.
• Participate in incident response teams to help analyze, contain, and coordinate elements of security incidents.
• Develop data security strategies and design data security architecture.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and best practices in M365.

You Must Have:

• U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an M365 Tenant Admin with a focus on security controls.
• Strong knowledge of Endpoint Security, Microsoft Purview, CASB, and Zero Trust architecture.
• Experience with M365 GCC is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or similar, are a plus.
• Experience with SPLUNK or other SIEM tools and data correlation.
• Knowledge of command-line interfaces or scripting tools in cloud environments is a plus.
