As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you willbe accountable for providing technical expertise and facilitating field serviceoperations. You will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, ensuringsuccessful implementation and customer satisfaction. Your problem-solvingskills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot and resolve technicalissues, both remotely and on-site. You will report directly to our FieldService Manager and this position will be remote as there will be extensivetravel throughout the US.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Travel throughout US overseeing subcontractors completing hands on field services work
• Provide technical expertise and facilitate field service operations
• Guide and execute complex field service projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
• Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)

• OSHA 10/30 certified

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers long with completing reporting and updating documentation

Key skills and qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role or certifications in low current, telecommunications or electrical trades
• Knowledge of and experience of fire alarm systems and associated systems is an advantage, but full training will be provided
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
• Category B driver's license is required for this role
